SalesNOW is an extremely flexible application that allows you to turn on or off specific tabs. The tabs that can be turned off or on by the SalesNOW Administrator are:
Leads
Deals
Cases
To enable or disable the tabs above, follow these steps:
Click Setup | Customize
In the Tab Customization area, click the box next to the tab that you would like to enable. This will place a checkmark in that box and enable the tab. To disable a specific tab, uncheck the box next to the tab that you want to disable.
Note: Once saved, these new tabs will immediately appear within all team users SalesNOW Web Accounts and will appear within each team user's SalesNOW BlackBerry Account when they synchronize their web changes.
